There are many ways to whiten your teeth – from whitening toothpastes and other products that can remove surface stains for very little cost.
There are take home whitening kits (which we sell, and which work very well + give you whiter teeth in just 10 easy applications), and there are in-clinic teeth whitening treatments (which we also offer).
Both treatments rely on bleaching which changes your natural tooth colour, making it usually anywhere from 5-7 times lighter.
The bleaches contain an active ingredient, most often carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide in concentrations of 6-22%, which helps remove both deep and surface stains.
